In 2002, the average Iraqi Household had 20 hours of electricity a day. Now, they have 6 hours of electricity a day. To Liberate a people, you do not KILL THEM! You BUILD infrastructure, not destroy... this is all non issue, more republican rhetoric, MORE LIES!
