barack obama .. next president, it's possible
never thought I'd find myself rooting for this to happen
but, it comes down to Barack, or another old white dude
old white dudes, and incompetent favorite sons have gotten us where we are.
not sure anyone could do better at this point, but
one definition of stupidity is to continue the same behavior and expect different results
maybe things will get worse, maybe they'll get better
either way is an improvement of sorts.
if they get much worse, then the entire system will break down
and after much unrest, things will get begin to rebuild
mayhaps it could be a period of "Darwinistic -Social Evolution"
sure that might border on anarchy, and there's a chance I would not make the cut...
then so be it. Us humans have done quite enough to our ecosystem, and our economy is one of the best signs of that.
